The e-mail address and the form are two independent ways to reach the same person; §5 DDG asks for direct and rapid contact, and the address alone is what the law requires — the form is the second immediate channel beside it, not a replacement for it.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
LOTSE is distributed through the App Store
The app is sold and delivered by Apple. Payment, invoicing, refunds and the contract for the purchase itself are between you and Apple, under Apple's terms. Anything about the software — how it works, what it does, a bug, a request — comes here.

LOTSE builds on work by other people. The full notices — licences, copyright lines and warranty disclaimers — ship inside the app under Settings → General → About → Licenses, which is where they legally belong.
